We want you to love your WILDYOS pieces as much as we do. If your purchase isn't quite right for your journey, we’re here to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, jewelry (earrings) and certain accessories are final sale unless defective.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@wildyos.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the nearest return address.
3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. EXCHANGES
Love the style but need a different size? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@wildyos.com immediately with photos of the issue. We will prioritize your replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
